No companies are set up to be reconciled

Hi,

We have upgraded our systems to ECC6.0 and we are facing an issue with F.2E transactions. When running the transaction there is an issue as u201CNo companies are set up to be reconciledu201D.

What could be the cause? How to rectify the issue
