Hi Experts,

Please tell me how to fix the draft docentry ODRF.DocEntry

Sometimes, system will create another new docentry after user save as draft by editing the original draft.

If it can't be fixed, how to aviod?

Hi Gary,

Draft document is only as a template. We cannot fix the draft docentry ODRF.DocEntry.

To avoid create another new docentry, user cannot edit the draft.

Thanks Expert Gordon,

I have some draft belongs approval procedure. However, some of shadow draft (auto gen from sys) cannot be del because in approval procedure(sys msg popped after del the draft). But I cannot find such docentry from OWDD. How can I del those shadow draft then?

When you select Remove and Update, have you got any error message?

Yes! the error msg show on the bottom and the meaning is that it cannot del if it has approval procedure.

But I can't find the document from the alert because the document was generate auto sometime after user save as draft.

e.g

ODRF.DocEntry=1, WDDStatus=Y; OWDD has such draft :DocEntry=1

User open this draft and update the UDF and save as draft,

then system will sometime generate a DocEntry=2,WDDStatus=Y; OWDD DON'T has such draft: DocEntry=2

Then I can't del the draft but I can't cancel or reject the approval procedure.

How can I do?
