Hardback Book Missing Appendix 4A

Hi Jeffrey & Simha

I have been reading the hardback version of the book and have discovered that the appendix 4A mentioned on page 93 in paragraph 3 is not contained in my copy of the book.

Also, cursory glance through the rest of the book indicates that there is no Appendix for Chapters 6, 8 or 9, although it may be that these are legitimately missing/not required.

Is there any way I can gain accessing to the missing content?

Hi Mike,

The appendix from chapter 4 was eliminated and the data in the appendix was incorporated into the chapter. The reference to appendix 4A was not removed from the chapter. This is an error iin the book.

  Not sure that the information contained in Appendix 4A that is actually still in the paperback version is contained elsewhere in the hardback copy, but as I have found an alternative source for my own benefit, I no longer have a need for it to be available via the forum or publisher website.
