PO printing issue

Dear All,

I have issue in PO prinint .

For particular plant PO printing in giving 3 copies. I have checked number messages and copies,condition records etc.

But still output is coming with 3 copies.

Three partner fucntiion assigned to the output type whther it is the reason or something else?

Please guide me.

How many partner functions your PO has does usually not play a bigger role for printing.

But how many messages does your PO have? just one which is printed 3 times, or maybe 3 which are printed once?

Double click the message in your PO and see how many copies are maintained there.

This value is usually coming from condition record, but can be manually changed when creating the PO before saving.

User has maintained number messages as 0 .

Check using MN06 if you know which key sequence is using. Go to the communication icon on top when inside and change the message.

This was haapening because of code in prgram assigned to output type.

Hi,

Please check messages determined for the Purchase Order. if you don't want more than 1 messages to determine, then change condition records. Easy way to find which condition records is determined is, click messages button in PO and use option Determine Analysis in Goto menu.
