Are all 100 users currently connected to the system.
You can try the estimating the size of the database from you daily backup
compare the size of the database every month and get the average manually.

Are those 100 user concurrent users? If yes, B1 may not be a most suitable package.

OK how many concurrent users can be supported by B1 and what will be sizing for B1 server. because client is going for 100 users.
The concurrent user would be better less than 50. You may still run more but the hardware to support the environment would be in much high spec. There is no fixed requirement for hardware. You can check the Portal to find recommendation.
