Unable to open the IC_AGENT business role in WEB UI

Hi,

When I am trying to open IC_AGENT Business role in WEB UI i was unable to open that business role.As it is giving below error.Can any one help me how to resolve this Error

The following error occurred in system CZD : Exception condition "URL_PATH_IS_NOT_SUPPORTED" raised.

The error occurred on application server zfccrmdev_CZD_00 and in work process 5 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

Hi Nagaraj,

See that the mandatory SICF setting are enabled or Active in the SICF Services. Follow the steps as below:-

Enter the TCode SICF

Execute the same for Hierarchy Type SICF.

Check the following SAP Note 1295006.

If every thing is Active then, the IC Agent role will open.

Still if it is not opening Let me know.

Hi Sarangamath,

I have checked the service for the hierarchy type : SICF in the SICF T Code but everything is active(path:/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crmcmp_ic_frame) now but still i am unable to open the ic agent role.This problem is coming for both standard business role i.e.IC_AGENT as well as cusom role i.e.ZIC_AGENT.

The SAP Note you given is not working.as it is showing error like " The requested SAP Note is either in reworking or is released internally only "

Plz suggest me to solve this

I have checked the notes which you mentioned above.The functionality for the above 2 notes are already available in our system.We need not to implement these 2 notes.Still i am facing the issue.

Hi Nagaraju,

You can go to Service Market Place and search for the SAP Note : 1295006 & 1115493 it's available to all.

Check for the Mandatory SICF Service whether all the services are active

Thanks for your link, i have checked your document and the services are already activated in my system.But still the IC_AGENT role is not openeing.

I have checked the SAP notes mentioned in your earlier reply and all the services mentioned in that notes are activated in SICF.But still the IC_AGENT business role is not opening.

Activate the following services and you should be fine we also had the same issue,

/default_host/sap/bc/notify

/default_host/sap/bc/notify/polling

/default_host/sap/bc/soap/ici

/default_host/sap/public/myssocntl

and also activate everthing under /default_host/sap/public/bc

Hi guys,

I faced the same issue and was able to resolve it using the steps provided in SAP Note - 1757812 - Exception condition "URL_PATH_IS_NOT_SUPPORTED" is raised when logon to WebUI or IC WebUI.

The key missing services were:

/sap/bc/soap/ici_ssl

/sap/bc/bsp/sap/sam_sess_queue

/sap/bc/soap/ici

Hi Nagaraju,

I go to T-Code ST22 and analyze the dump error, it may seem to be a ABAP + BASIS issue, so ask your BASIS team to help in resolving the problem.....

And also are you using IC_AGENT Standard Role or Copying it to some ZBusiness Role....Even check your Business Role..
