    hi,

     

    Currently, when we send purchase orders out of SAP as an email there is a PDF attachment and the subject field of the emails contains the PO number, but there is no email body text.

    THe problem arise because some email receiving system automatically getting rid of the PDF PO document when there is no email body text.

     

    Question:

    1 - I am wondering how to resolve the above technical problem?

    2 - if it is not possible, I am thinking about embedding one body text. for example, "Enclosed you can find a new purchase order. Best Regardsu201D and however, how do I setup this at output condition type level so that each country can define its own text?

     

    I believe both require ABAP?

      For this use the work flows management. IT IS ONTHER MODUEL IN SAP

       

       

      Work Flow

      Q: The following is set up for workflow:

      1.     Workflow organization Structure with 2 positions is created and assigned a person to both positions

      2.     Assign tasks to agent

      TS 00007986 Requisition release - TO JOBS 

      TS 00008014 Purchase requisition release refused - GENERAL 

      TS 00008018 Requisition released - GENERAL

      TS 00008348 Requisition release reset - GENERAL

      WS 00000038 Workflow for purchase requisition release - TO JOBS

      3.Activate event linkage

      WS 00000038 Workflow for purchase requisition release

      WE BUS2009 RELEASESTEPCREATE Purchase requisition Release step create is activated

      4.Activated release codes for workflow

      [1= Role resolution with group, code, and plant (T16FW)]

      5.Assigned release codes to agent (JOBS created in 1)

      The following error appears 

      "Work item 60772: Linkage to object BUS2009 event REJECTED cannot be written ".

      A: Use transaction SWE2. Make sure "object BUS2009 event REJECTED" is enabled.

      hi tuffy.

      Here we are having same problem with the PO body message empty, and antispammers rejecting the email.

       

      I'm not able to add body message in include FM06PE04 although I've followed some notes.
