Can we have multiple positions to an Employee for the same period. If so, how can we do this?

Create 4 part-time positions (ex.: Math Teacher 25%, Science Teacher 25%, Special Needs Teacher 40%, Curriculum Planning 10%) and you can assign one person to them.
Usually, the user will assign one position to the person during the Measure, and then assign the other positions to the same person by creating a relation (S to P) in OrgManagement's IT1001 (t-code = po13).

Yes you can assign one person to different person.
Try using PPOME.
