LSO Learning Room Counter

Hi,

we have implemented LSO for our company and now we are facing with a problem. I create a virtual Learning room for a training, and assigning employees to this training event as participants. But some of technical reason (connection error etc.) some of employee can not join to Learning room.

So i want to check which participants joined to Learning and which participants not.

Is that functionality available? can i access this data by a sap report?

Hi,

Can you please let me know which version of LSO is being implemented, you can also check the the lsoscorm* tables (pls check this) to know the participants participation or access to the course( attempts made to access the course).

Thanks for your answer. You are right LSOCPSCORM* tables can be use for participation informations but these tables are using for ET object type,on the other hand my problem with 'E' object type. As you said for ET objects i can access to completion percentage, completed-incompleted training informations. but for 'E' Virtual Training room, i have no information.

and now i even cant access which employees are accessed to Learning Room.

if you help me, I will be glad....

Hi Emre,

Can you please let me kow what error the participant is getting and check any workflow realated settings are missing in case of accessing the virtual room through portal.

Hi Kumar,

Participant doesn't get any error. and also participants can access Vir. Learning Room . As i said in first message,some of participants can join to the learning room successfully but some of participants can't join to the learning room successfully. As a result, we need to a report which displays participant list who joined to the meeting successfully.
