Enabling smart value help option for a field

Hello Experts,

I've below two queries regarding the samrt value help!

1. I'm not seeing the checkbox "Disable the suggestionof entries for Input helps" in the Personalize Layout screen. How to enable this?

2. How to enable the samrt value help for a particular field in webUI for a standard field or for a custom field? Is it possible to enable this for product or account fields? If so how?

It would be really grateful if you can share your thoughts on this.

Do remember to clear the browser and server cache:

To invalidate your Server Cache:

1) Execute Transaction SMICM.

2) In the toolbar, click GoTo-> HTTP Plug-In ->Server Cache ->

Invalidate Globally.

To clear your IE Browser Cache:

1) Click on Tools in the left hand menu (or the gear cog on top right)

-> Internet Options.

2) Under the General tab, in the Browsing History, click on Delete.

3) In the popup, check all the checkboxes except "Preserve Favorites

website data".

4) Click Delete.

then it should work.

Hi Senthil,

1.Turn on SICF service Default_host–>sap–>crm–>crm_callback and make sure your business role does not have parameter "SVH_DISABLED" set.

2.Integrate simple search help for the selected field in GET_V -> implement class cl_bsp_wd_valuehelp_f4descr with single input and output mapping.

Then it should work just fine.
