BSI System or communication failure

Hi Gurus,

BSI 9.0 is working fine while calculating taxes. But i'm getting these warnings when we are trying to store the infotype 0207 & 0208.

Msg 4: Insufficient information for BSI tax locator

Msg 7: BSI system or communictaion failure.

For Msg 4 i've maintained tax locator for one state in BSI. Then getting Msg 7 error. What else do i have to maintain to get rid of this warning message.

Everything looks fine as of the notes mentioned there. I've asked for my basis guy to set up a call and check if he can help me with that.
