Install of SP2 for VS2010

tried to install SP2 of CR for VS2010 - got the following error:

error 2753 The file "agent.exe.6ED28686_7B19_420C_B255_5B6C1BD2C705" is not marked for installation.

Install aborts.

I am using windows 7 x64

This is an MS Installer error message. Google the error. You'll get a number of hits that should help. E.g.;
