Hi,

How to delete the production order..??

In my case my production order is released and Ï can able tp delete it going to Functions->Deletion Flag--->Active.

But I want to know the inportance of the icon present in Control tab of CO02 t-code.

If I press F1 it is showing as below:

You can remove the deletion flag as long as the order is not marked as 'deleted'. You can set and remove the flag, using functions in master data maintenance.

So how to do this..??

It's urgent.Please guide me.

Regard's,

Uday.

you can mark delition , and then later on run a archive job.

In the prodcution order, select Functions --> Deletion flag -->Active to delete production order. This method can be used for production orders having CRTD (ie created) and REL (released) status. However, it is not possible to delete a production order with REL and GMPS (ie. after the withdrawl of materials for the order) status.

You can TECO the production orders with REL and GMPS status.

Hi,

The delete mark shows that this object was flagged for archiving. The deletion flag can be set after a period of residence (that is set in Customizing) and the object can then be archived.

Also check the below link:

You can schedule archiving jobs by SARA transaction. This transaction will help in scheduling the job background.

Hope it will help you.
