Attendance Quota is not displaying in Quota Over view screen

Hi All,

We have attendance and absence quota type have same number. We are not able to

display in the ESS portal through dropdown for quota overview screen because sap is displaying any one number. Please advise.

Hi Selvaraj,

Please check if the abs/att quota type is correctly configured for the particular rulegroup in the view V_T556A_WEB. Also check if the quota type is valid in the keydate.

Thanks for the clarification. It is not appearing in the dropdown list. But it appears in the screen display after clicking display button. Problem is in drop down list of Quota over view screen,if the absence quota and attendance quota numbers are same.

If the (same) numbers are causing the problem. do you ahve an option to change the numbers... I know it can be a big toll on config but if the (standard) ESS/MSS is configured this way, then you may need to change the quota numbers.

Also, in the config steps, there are two nodes: one for Absence Quota and second for Attendance quota... Did you configure both?

Which version are you on?

can you see them in backend using the application PTARQ?

did you differentiate them clearly using classification of attendance and absence quota

and also were you able to customise them in V_t554s_web

can you check here 'HR_GET_QUOTA_DATA'

Hi,

I am able to see using transaction PTARQ. Only problem is in dropdown of ESS screen. I verified both the table V_T556A_WEB

and V_T556P_WEB. The data is reflecting in the screen also.

if you assign different quota number does it work??

can you check this note 1256064, there was a bug where no attendance quota was displayed, but this note corrections should be in your system anyhow can you check again

It is working , if the different attendance quota number is assigned. Only problem persists, if the absence and attendance quota numbers are same.
