Dear Experts,
Client requirement is that, they want 2 label to be printed on one Label stock
I have configuration as follows
CASE1:
Label stock size: 22.5 X 35.5 CM ( W X H )
Label size: 18.5 X 7.5 CM ( W X H )
Label size configured in CG42 is 18.5 X 7.5 CM ( W X H )
In Label stock (CBGL_LS02), maintained above data and in addition, enter following data
No. of Label per Row: 1
No. of Label per Column: 2
Label Pitch: Vertical : 8.5 CM
Distance from Edge: Left 1CM
Distance from Edge: Top: 1 CM
in this setup getting following error:
Error1:
Generation: WARNING: The right edge of the shape 1026 is larger than the defined height of the label! The shape will probably not be visible on the label. Please check the template.
Message no. CBGL00853
Error2:
Generation: WARNING: Unknown rotation case! Got following data: PaperWidth=637.850010;PaperHeight=1006.400015;LabelWidth=524.475000;LabelHeight=212.625000;LandscapeFlag=0
CASE2:
Now I have changed the Label size in CBGL_LS02 but keeping label size same in CG42
Label stock size: 22.5 X 35.5 CM ( W X H )
Label size: 19,5 X 8 CM ( W X H )
Label size configured in CG42 is 18.5 X 7.5 CM ( W X H )
In Label stock (CBGL_LS02), maintained above data and in addition, enter following data
No. of Label per Row: 1
No. of Label per Column: 2
Label Pitch: Vertical : 8.5 CM
Distance from Edge: Left 1CM
Distance from Edge: Top: 1 CM
in this setup getting following only one error: Now 1st error is not coming.

Message no. CBGL00853
Due to this label is not getting printed
what could be reason of the same. Basically what is the mean of above Warning?
Can anybody help me for the same.
