Hello Seniors,

i am configuring the Professional tax slab rates now, i doubt is for

madhya pradesh

GROSS SALARY (per annum-Apr to Mar) PER MONTH

upto 10000.99 0

10001 TO 12500.99 88*

March 87

15001 & above 208

March 212

for CHENNAI

PT GROSS SALARY (half yearly - Apr-Sep/Oct-Mar) Per Half Year

how can i configure the table

ASSIGN AMOUNTS FOR PROFESSIONAL TAX DEDUCTION (V_T7INP4) SLAB RATES

MAINTAIN METHOD AND FORM LAYOUT FOR PTAX GROUPING (V_T7INP3)

please give full description ( 1 example ) for both

check the table T005s u need to maintain the region in this table and then make sure that this grouping is assigned in tax grouping.

for the above coding 13 MH01 D G 01.03.2011 31.12.9999 is saved.

but for the second one 13 MH02 D G 01.02.2011 28.02.2011 - throughing error already key existed

plz tell me other option

thank you friends,

my problem solved.

while assigning the slab codes to the particular region, dates has to be check correctly.

modify my dates and it is working fine now and check the payroll also it is deducting according to the slabs.

Maintain the new entry by copying the previous entry and make changes for the new slab .then you will not get the message

Hello

Ptax slab is maintained in tables V_T7INP3 &V_T7INP4 thru SM30/SM31.

Further both these tables are customizing tables with deliver class as 'C ',maintained by customers.

Therefore you can maintained entries as per the slab and the amount in the above tables.

Please keep in mind that you have to create a new SLAB Code from the date of change.
