Hi ,
In solution manager service desk :
I am getting a warning message Assignment of appointment rules to rule ID incorrect when trying to edit the calling hours by pressing the Calling hour s Button in Control Tab.
I have checked with some of the other BP's available in system and they are responding good to edit, for calling hours.
Only few BP's have this warning message coming up.
Can you please suggest some solution for this issue.

One action you can take just to overcome the issue is to log in with SALESPRO in web UI, and edit the Calling hours there and save. Then you will be able to acces in SAP GUI. I had that error and as I have a lot of bureocracy to install notes or edit varibles in debug in Prod, it worked perfect for me.
