shipping point determination...... problem in sales documents..........

hi SAP GURU s

in pricing, im getting error

document is incomplete

shipping point is not determined

please help me

we have assigned shipping point to plant

but in shipping point determination, that particular shipping point is not able to assign..................

what to do now?????

FYI

Shipping point determination in sales order (OVL2)

= Delivery plant + Loading group(material master) + Shipping Condition(Sold-to Party Customer Master)

So, 1ts check whether all the 3 things are getting determined in sales order order or not.

Header level

- Shipping Condition(Sold-to Party Customer Master)

Item Level

- Delivery plant

- Loading group(material master)

Thus, if all 3 things are automtically or manually get determined in sales order the shipping point will get determine on the based entries maintained in OVL2.

hi,

Check the shipping condition in customer master,

then see the transportation group and loading group in material master data, the material master loading group is not maintained then these kind of error could come.

once you maintain check the customizing of Shipping point determination

thanks sudhir but we have maintained transport group, loading group, shipping conditions in CMR

then we tried to assign those shipping conditions, transport group, loading group to specific plant and shipping point in shipping point determination

but it is saying that particular shipping point is not specified to that plant

wat to do

--Check what plant is assigned in CMR, MMR, CMI

--Check in Shipping Point Determination in OVL2 what plant is assigned

--Check in Shipping point in Picking location in OVL3 what plant is assigned
