Hi
Situation. We need to change product type.
Product was configurable. Now product is standard (not configurable).
We deleted knowledge base, transfer it to CRM via SCE.
We saw product still configurable in CRM, but in ERP it's ok.
Table SCEKB has not contain entries in the ERP, Table COMM_CFGKB contain entries in the CRM.
How we can to delete knowledge base correctly and trasfer changes from ERP to CRM?

Sorry, I haven't seen your reply.
I've created my KB via SPRO where I don't have the possibility to delete anything. I also couldn't find any transaction starting with CU that helped me further (or I'm simply too blind?)
What is the Transaction you have used created/delete your KB?
