In standard, scale prices have been defined for a scheduling agreement
item. When a goods receipt is posted, the scale price applicable to
the target quantity of the scheduling agreement item is applied for
valuation purposes.
For schedule agreements the SAP standard is to use the target quantity
for price determination.
User exit EXIT_SAPLEINR_003 exists using which you can influence the
quantity and the date of the price determination at the time of the
goods receipt for the scheduling agreement. However, you need to bear in
mind that when you call up the user exit, the quantity of goods received
actually to be posted does not yet exist. The schedule lines are
available in internal table CETT which can be used.
In the standard system, the EXIT_SAPLEINR_003 is run when a goods
receipt is posted for the scheduling agreement or purchase order when
item has the pricing date (price category) = "5" (goods receipt date).
For scheduling agreement document type, pricing category is always 5 if
time dependent conditions are used for that document type.

even the note is from 2003, at the bottom you can see the releases for which this note is valid, and release 600 is listed.
So it is still only possible to calculate the price based on the schedule line quantity and not on the entered GR quantity.

Dear Jurgen Sir,
I am absolutely agree with you.But my issue is if I maintained Schedule line 1000 qty for one particular date and do MIGO against to the SA,system is picking Rs.10 (for >2000 qty) instead of Rs.12.
I already maintained the scale inside the SA -> Item Condition ->Scale.
So kindly guide me is their any other setting is available to do so that system will take the exact value (Rs.12) instead of the lowest value (Rs.10) ??
Thanks and Regards

Hi,
If scale prices exist for a scheduling agreement item and you
post a goods receipt, the scale price applicable to the "target
quantity" of the scheduling agreement item is applied for valuation
purposes (and not the quantity posted at the time of goods receipt).
User exit EXIT_SAPLEINR_003 exists using which you can influence the
quantity and the date of the price determination at the time of the
goods receipt for the scheduling agreement. However, you need to bear
in mind that when you call up the user exit, the quantity of goods
received actually to be posted does not yet exist.
If you want that the quantity maintained in scheduling agreement
should be used for price determination, then this quantity is
there in ekpo-ktmng. Please use ekpo-ktmng and change the
quantity p_menge in user exit EXIT_SAPLEINR_003.
The schedule lines are available in internal table CETT
which can be used.
More information in note 401941 in connection with above.
Also, Quantity ordered to date can be specified ,see note 453655.

I hope this is useful.
