spool request 80%in RZ20

Hi Gurus,

My spool request used number has reached 80%.If this reaches more than 95%, i will get spool problems.I have already ran the SAP_REORG_SPOOL with exact report as per note 16083.Let me know how can i further reduce the spool request.....

The existing is keeping with 60 days spool request and then it will delete.Kindly let me know how can i reduce further for spool used number.

Hi Shiva and sravanthi,

i did some changes in the variant ZPSRO1041 namely;

Age without output request-->30

age in processing-->60

age of completed--->30

age with errors---->60

After doing this change , i ran the spool job and request number got reduced to 45%.in rz20

Hi,

it's always better to have spool number range to max , so that the spool retention period can be longer time which will benifit the troubleshooting the functional job issues.

Increase the spool object in 000 and in productioin client.

Please check the note - 1422843 - Wrong deletion date in spool request to all customers to correct it.

Also make sure RSPO1043 runs as recommended by SAP to check inconsistencies of spool and Temse.

Hello,

You should increase spool number range to 999999 from default value 32000 in transaction SNRO and object SPO_NUM.

Please take a look at note 48284 for more details.

Is SAP_REORG_SPOOL running with report RSPO1041?
