Child data not getting displayed for ESS Ehp5

Dear all,

I have set up sub types 1,2,11,12 for IT0021. However ESS displays only the spouse, father and mother details. It does not display the child data.

Am I missing something here?

Hi,

This is a configuration issue. Have created the use cases for all the subtypes in the view V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP?

Thank you for your reply.

I have set it up for the subtypes 1,2,11 and 12. However I noticed in the table V_T7XSSPERSUBTYP that the use case displays no value for the subtype 2. When I try to change the record to save the use case value as B3. It show an error "There is an inconsistency" in the use case maintained.

What could be wrong here?

Hi

Check you timeconstraint in T591A. It should be 2 "with objid".

This works with usecase A3 in our system, also after upgrade to EHP5.
