Hi Experts,

In CRM Web UI, I get the dump

Cannot display view IUICMD/DetailAccount of UI Component IUICMD

An exception has occurred Exception Class CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL - Dereferencing of the NULL reference

Method: CL_IUICMD_DETAILACCOUNT_CN01=>GET_FULLNAME

Source Text Row: 20

Could anyone provide any SAP note or any suggestion to rectify this error,

Hola!

There are two SAP notes that address the issue:

[SAP Note 1524182|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1524182] (specially the manual implementations)

[SAP Note 1527547|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1527547]

He realizado las correciones manuales de la nota 1524182, pero cuando he intentado implementar la nota 1527547, no me ha dejado ya que me aparece un mensaje que me comenta que "La nota no contiene ninguna instrucción de corrección válida". Puede ser por el nivel de package que tengo en mi sap crm 7.0?

I do it the manually corrections talks about in the note 1524182, but when i tried to implement the note 1527547, it imposible to implement because appears a message with the text "SAP Note does not contain valid correction instructions".

Any idea?

Hi Joaquin,

My support package is SAPKU70006, but the support package for the note 1527547 is SAPKU70104. Could be this is the problem for is not possible applicate the note?

Has this component been enhanced by any chance?

It is happening because there are no entries available for the DETAIL context node, hence

the bol entity reference variable 'current' is going null.
