Rows loaded by sap scripting

I am only beginning to learn about sap scripting. Is there a limit to the number of lines you can load into sap via a load from an excell spread sheet?

Also, can anyone recommend a good book to learn sap scripting.

The limit it self is Excel

so if youre using Excel you can Load any Cell in the Sheet to SAP (if you need it)

To Learn scripting in SAP I always recommend to use the Script-Recorder Built in SAP

Record some actions and try to understand it when you read the Code.

Also there should be a Help Topic about Scripting in the Menu.
