Problem connecting BEx web in BI4

Hi,

I tried to setup bex web in BI4 but so far no luck. When checking the trace log I can see the following error Caused by: RfcException:

message: Select one of the installed languages

I already put EN as default language in my Olap connection and for the user id in SAP.

I followed this guide :

I log on with windows AD in the BI launchpad and then try to logon with a SAP account in BEX web.

Any idea what I´m missing ?

Hi,

Which TraceLog are you looking at ?

Did you trace an Adaptive Processing Server with just the BEx Web service? (and remove the original from the default APS?)

Hi,

Yes, that´s what I did. I found the problem, I had to change my language setting in Internet explorer, once I added EN UK and set this one on top of the list it worked.

Been looking for this since last week and it was notjing more then an IE setting :).
