As mentioned by Edoardo, the error is caused by a missing entry in V_T511K.

The error message seems to indicate Country Code 07 and Constant URMO, buy you should be able to get more information from the PCR if you execute a Payroll Simulation for that employee, with the "Display Log" box checked.

Hi,

This kind of mistakes are almost alway missing entries in a table. In this case is table t511k. This is the constant table. You have probably a rule calling a constant from this table an the constant doesn't exist. It may be in another country grouping or just doesn't exist. Go to sm30 and check the table for you country grouping.
