FEBAN authrization

Is there a way to limit some user's access to only area 2 (subledger level) in FEBAN. Those users should be able to access and post only area 2 level transactions.

Hi:

Yes there is. All you need ton do is to matain authorization group in bank clearing GLs (SUB LEDGERS) in control data tab of FS00. Having been done with it, ask your basis guy to revoke authorization of these GLs using authorization object F_BKPF

BES by the assignment of authorization group you mainatained earlier in FS00. Posting auhtorization in sub ledger will be revoked when BASIS guy revokes activity 01 from their user login against FBKPF_BES .
