Change of Action Type

Hi Experts,

Can we change the action type of an EE that has been wrongly hired.

We have two action types Full Time & Contract. By mistake the user has hired EE using Contract Action type instead of Full Time Action type. So can we change action type.

Pls let me know your thoughts

Repeat the hiring action then action type will be released for selection. then select the appropriate action then run.

Hi,

Run the hiring action again and you get open field for changing action type using PA40 transaction.

Now you have to use the Full time action type and hire again with the same date,, and test it will over write the action type and deletes the previous action.

it may resolve your issue.
