2LIS_17_I3OPER hanging in BW

Hi all,

I performed an INIT on the 2LIS_17_I3OPER using the infopackage. I checked that the the background job finished in ECC but the monitor status in BW stays yellow. The record count on the BW side has NOT been increasing and matches the data package & records from ECC (checked the SM37 logs for number for data packages). I am able to look all the records in the PSA from the monitor screen but the monitor status is still the same. Please, can anyone help. Is there a step I have missed here?

Please check in SM58 TRFC stuck in source system

Check, whether any Idoc is missing. Please check in both R/3 and BW.

Pradeep,

I am not familiar with this 'IDoc missing' error/process. Can you mention the steps to take and what exactly are we looking for here?

Same goes for the TRFC in SM58 as well. Please can you elaborate.

Hi,

In RSMO go to Environment Tab on Menu bar then select ALE Management then check both In the Data Warehouse and In the Source System. Check whether there is any yellow or red request.

Same for TRFC go to Environment then Transaction RFC.

As already mentioned in the OP, the request status is still 'yellow'.

Hi,

I mean any IDOC status is in RED or YELLOW not request in RSMO.
