Performance issue in the CRM ICWeb environment.

*Performance <CCP/CRM> HTTP/BSP application step analysis neede

Basically my issue is related to performance issue in the CRM ICWeb environment.

I wanted to analyse the BSP processing during the named BSP steps

( BSPWDZBT115M_SLSO, BSPWDBT111M_OPPT, BSPWDBP_HEAD_MAIN )

which seam to be not optimal + and should be analysed to find any improvements.

Regardsing performance issue can u please share ur idea with my above text.

Hi Balaji,

Basically from the components names you can only guess what happened there.

Please check SAP Note: 1696021 which extends statistical records written into STAD transaction. Maybe you can understand what did the users do on these screens.

But basically it's better to come to them and check how they are using CRM application.

Once you know the steps they are doing, you can ask to repeat them and in parallel you shoudl perform ST12 trace which gives much more evidence regarding what is going on.

Another point i should raise is that no hw bottlenecks should occur and that CRM 6.0 and above require high-clocking CPU.

Once you know the Root Cause of your problem, get back with concrete problems.
