Scheduler Task is not visible if creating task in NWDI environment

Hi All,

I am trying to create one scheduler task using KM scheduler.

I have followed below approch.

1. Created one Enterprise Portal DC of type Portal Application Standalone(Packed in SDA)

2. Created one scheduler task using scheduler task wizard and wrote file creating logic in generated class.

3. Created one liberary DC to contain "bc.sf.service.scheduler_api.jar" jar file.

4. Reffered above liberary DC in my Portal DC.

5. Mentioned the service key in "IRFServiceWrapper"

6. Then finally checked in my activity and it was successfully build and deployed.

7. Now I am to check my par file in "System Administration > Support > Portal Runtime->Administration Console->Archive Deployment Checker".

But its not visible under "System Administration > System Configuration > Knowledge Management > Content Management->Global Service-> Scheduler Tasks"

Any pointer would be very helpful.

P.S.: If in 1st step I create Portal DC of type Portal Application Module then I get option of export par and I can upload this on the server where I am not using NWDI and its successfully being uploaded on that server but not where I am using NWDI there I am not able to see my par even in Archive Deployment checker as mentioned in step 7. so I had to create DC type as "Portal Application Standalone(Packed in SDA)"

Hi,

Check the .prjconfig archive file to see the status of your scheduler deployment. You can navigate as below.

System Admin > Monitoring > Deployment Monitor > Configuration Upgrades/Failed Configuration Upgrades.

Configuration Upgrades - is for successful configuration upgrade

Failed Configuration Upgrades - is for failed one.

If it is failed, you will get the reason.

Hope it helps.

Thanks, Ansar.

Hi Anwar,

Thanks for your answer.

I checked in Failed configuration upgrades. But got this message "No "Failed Configuration Upgrades" available yet in configuration".
