DTW AP Invoice update issue

Good evening experts,

I'm trying to update my AP Invoices using DTW. I'm trying to copy the Comments field into the JrlnMemo field.

I keep getting the "Can not find this object in B1 Application-defined or object-defined error65171" message.

I'm using Docentry from OPCH table as the RecordKey/Docnum/Docentry in my template.

It looks like this:

DocNum JournalMemo

DocNum JrnlMemo

175 CELULAR 997884046 LG

I have also been trying this template.

Recordkey DocNum JournalMemo

Recordkey DocNum JrnlMemo

175 175 CELULAR 997884046 LG

and finally this one

Recordkey DocEntry JournalMemo

Is there anything wrong with this? My goal is to update the JrnlMemo field so it can be updated in the OJDT.Memo and JDT1.LineMemo fields.

Hi,

Welcome you post on the forum.

You may only update UDF for AP Invoice through DTW. My suggestion is try to update JE by DTW to see.

OR

Some time DTW will behave like this when you use the normal excel sheet to upload.

Better try with b1 standard template for updating the invoices,
