Hi experts,

How to maintain relation between purchase info record price in Migo ?so that info record is mandatory in migo I search on sdn but not get satisfied answer ,

Please describe your wanted process.

in a standard process the info record is assigned to the PO, the receipt is done in reference to the PO.

there is no direct link from MIGO to info record.

if the price date control in your PO is set to 5 GR date, then SAP will check the info record for a valid price at time of MIGO

Please use user exit in PO MM06E005-EXIT_SAPMM06E_012 to check whether info record value exists in PO and if not then throw an error.

You can use one of the following options

1. Make Source List as mandatory.

2. Remove Condition type PBXX from pricing so that price will be picked from Info Record or SA etc

I think there is one user exit as well. But cannot recall it.

Hi Rajini

We are not maintain the price in MIGO , In this will give only quantity(actual received) . Price will give in the PO when you are raising Purchase order to the vendor . Here the system will pick the price from info record . If you want change that price you can .

Please discribe your business process. What type of relation do you mean? Do you post GR without reference to PO?
