Error in Hiring

Iam new to SAP HR, when iam hiring a new person, in the org assignment iam getting the error

Program error: ASSIGN with length 0 in program "MP000100".

Pls give you valuable suggestions

HI,

It is a technical error, and MP00 series are for scree modifications.

Check all your action configurations, payroll accounting area configurations, SCHKZ config, and Basic pay relevant configurations and also configurations pertaining to FI need to be cross checked, then hire some other employee and chek.
