Hello Experts,
One of the end users in not able to access T-Code: PRMD.
We have checked the user roles and authoizations assigned to this user and everthing is fine in this regard.
The user has been assigned the role of a time administrator which has this T-Code.
I guess there is nothing from the basis side.
Does anyone have an idea of what this issue could be related to?

Are you sure with authorization? check with su53, after "PRMD".

Authorization failures are recorded in SU53. Check that and provide what is the error message user is getting.
