No organizational structure could be determined for recipient ABCD

Hello Gurus,

I am exploring SAP ETM in IS - DIMP server. I managed to create equipment, recipient and requisition note for equipment. I released the requisition note. Now I want to create the shipping document.

but I am getting the error " No organizational structure could be determined for recipient ABCD "

Here ABCD is the "Owner" in ETM. while recipient is some customer number.

I have maintained org data in owner as well as recipient (customer) but still getting the error.

I have gone through the customization in SPRO for ETM and done almost all required settings.

Can any one help on this?

Hi Nishant,

You can check the basic settings in the spro settings for ETM. For me also i got the same problem then i did some changes in Basic settings->Sales area per company code/business Area/plant and also check Business area account assignment
