goto GRR2 and Select your Librarey and then Cahnge your form like your requirement.
go into Rows and double click on rows you will get the windowtheir you ahve to add Related G\l account Nos( for Example SPARES SALES TO THIRD PARTIES) and save the form then you will get the report.
if you are using all spare parts into one G\l account but you need to split the values according to Your head then use cost center/Business area ) also add in your Form. see below Exampl.
Sales Deduction of Spareparts
G\L account 1000.
Cost Center 100
Sales of Spareparts-3rd party
G\L account 1000.
Cost Center 200

Hi;
for inserting of New Rows follow below steps.
select below line item Where you want to insert new line item then Menu Bar EDIT> ROWS> Insert Blank Line.
Once insert Blank line Double click on Line Select Characterstics and maintain Required G\L accounts.

I already do just like your guide, but when i klik insert row the cursor automatic to the top of row.
not insert blank line beetwen rows.
Any idea about this ?

Simple double click on the Next Row area, then it will give u a pop up screen, there you select the required charactires
