previously it was ok.
this issue if we print out from SAP business one with reports using crystal reports.
Standard PLD has no issue.
word , notepad, excel no issue.
printer is xerox.
Preview with crystal viewer is ok, but only after click printer, select xerox printer, then the error pop out.
anyone can help?
thank.

hi Andy,
is your printer is a Network Shared Printer or a Local Printer?
also try this work around.
1. try to make it as your Default Printer.
2. Open PLD, then goto -->> Display Document Properties -->> in the Document Properties Window goto Paper Format Tab, look for the printer, in the dropdown List select your Xerox Printer.
regards,
Fidel

Hi Fidel,
It is not PLD format. it is Crystal format.
When print with PLD format, it worked.
If choose Crystal layout, sometimes it crashed (intermittently).
Even from custom Crystal report viewer, --> click print --> select printer --> error Print driver host for 32 bit applications has stopped working
