Hello
In our implementation project, we are modeling processes using ARIS. The processes are synchronized to SAP Solution Manager. This works fine, but we are facing a small challenge now.
Some of our processes will be made available both in SAP ECC and via mobile devices. The main issue is whether we should define a new logical component for the mobile solution. If we do so, we have to model the same process steps twice e.g.:
create sales order with SAP ECC
create sales order with the logical component related to the mobile solution
Our process models could become quite complex if we have to model this in two flows. Have anyone made some experience with this?
Thanks for any input.
Knut
Hi Knut, depends on the accuracy you want to depict - from a solution architecture perspectie I would model two steps, different security design, different application designs are behind it. All the best to Norwary.
