Access not made (initialized field)

Hi SAP Experts,

Greeting to all...

I wish to ask a question.

I am using standard access sequence JST1 in one of the TAXINN procedure. But in PO the condition type corresponding to the access sequence JST1 is not present (even thuogh the condition record is created).

The analysis of TAX shows that "Access not made (initialized field)" and yellow Exclaimation icon is shown for the fields Region & "Region of dlv. plant".

I searched the SDN for the same issue but couldnt find much.

Please suggest if there is anything needed to be done in customization to get this working.

Hi,
it error message or warning message and message number ?

Check you have maintain condition record properly in FV11

  Thanks for your reply. The message number is: 102 Access Not Made (initialized field).
  Moreover I have maintained the condition record in FV11.

are you sure you have maintained the region in your plant customizing address window?
