Some data is not showing after downloading to excel...

Hello experts,

I am currently having problems with my report since the users told me that when

they download it to excel using SYSTEM->LIST->SAVE->LOCALFILE->SPREADSHEET the contents

of my subheader which are foreign exchange rates does not show on the spreadsheet. All the

other details are ok. Am I forgeting something here? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Try out with another option also

SYSTEM->LIST->SAVE->LOCALFILE->UNCONVERTED

If it is good this way, then your excel "hides" the data in the previous spreadsheet.

If it is wrong this way also, then the data cannot be downloaded.

You may try the WS_DOWNLOAD function module also...

Hi,

Check the Enable/Disable Macros in Excel and while downloading, try using <b>unconverted</b> option and dont forget to give the extension for your file name as .XLS.
