Start condition for workflow

Hi

I am configuring a workflow for Plant Maintenance - Notification Process with BOR - BUS2038. I have to trigger my workflow only for the specific plant. For acheiving this I have created conditions at basic data level of workflow under START EVENTS and also at the task condition.

The triggering event( ie Notification created) is same for my workflow and first step (task TS20000545). Inspite of false outcome of condition,the workflow is triggered.

Kindly let me know, how i can set start condition, so as terminate the workflow if my condition fails.

when you set binding in transaction SWETYPV, you can create check function to filter specific plant.
