Triggering of a workflow

Hi all,

We have a requirement to create a workflow for quotation approval. I'm using business object BUS2031 for the same. But I need the workflow to be triggered only for quotations of document type AE and for a particular sales area.

How can I add these criteria in my triggering event

Hi ,

You can set the conditions for start of ur workflow either in tcode SWB_COND or in the Start Conditions tab for your workflow in workflow definition .
