SMARTFORMS: Total Pages replaced by an Asterisk

hi all,

can u help me why smartforms replace &SFSY-JOBPAGES& by * for all values greater than 9? Have someone already experience this?

U can assign &SFSY-JOBPAGES& into a variable and use...

Check whether there is enough space in the window to display the total pages.

i did tried to insert a program line just before the TEXT node where page number is displayed and i put the following code:

V_TOTPAGES = SFSY-JOBPAGES.

But the variable v_totpages value is the current page number.

i tried SFSY-FORMPAGES and assigned to my variable v_totpages but v_totpages always assigned the page number not the total page...

Then you have to find manually that how many pages are consuming. ie find out the number of entries in a single page and divide it with total number of records..

hi all,

i've solve the problem with the following formatting:

&SFSY-FORMPAGES(Z5)&

this displays 5 digits and suppress leading zeroes...
