Does anyone know this error and how to resolve this? This is issue with File Adapter. Please note that I have already tried the following:
1. The file being processed is Ok for data and file structure.
2. Adapter configurations are Ok
3. Adapter is active.
4. The same file with same adapter configuration was tested in Dev & QA environement.

Hi Rajan,
If you are using FTP Transport Protocol, Check all the data required is correct or not.. and next one is just check if you have used any UDF'S in your mapping.
check all those clearly..and run once..

Thanks for the replies but what could be the reason that the files are not getting processed and deleted after processing from FTP folder? The adapter was working fine before without any changes done to the system? The file and folder permissions are set to read, write, execute. If the files are removed from that ftp folder the adapter monitor shows status green, if the files are put back in ftp folder then the adapter monitor goes red again.
Rajan
Just for the testing purpose can you pls. point your DEV sender file adapter ( Source Directory ) to the folder location you are using in PROD sender file adapter.
To me it seems to be the problem with folder permissions, I know you have " read, write, execute " but I faced the same issue & I had the same permissions. But still the error was there.
Pls. test & let me know.

Hi Rajan,
Can you send me the Screen shot of the Communication Channels. Along with that just tell me whether you have used any UDF's in your mapping. If so just send me that function, bcz iam not clear with the description you mentioned..

Hi Rajan
Can you pls. explain your whole workflow & at what point of time you are getting the error.
Also the payload which you are sending in PROD is it different from DEV & QA, I mean in terms of size.
