We are facing a problem with 2LIS_12_VCITM. All the transaction records are not getting updated to the LBWQ and hence to BW Delta queue.
The update method used for this extractor is Queued Delta. Thus the records are updated in the sequence Extraction queue – BW Delta Queue.
Problem is that the records for all the transactions in R/3 are not getting updated to the Extraction queue i.e. LBWQ. In some cases, some of the fields like Quantity are incorrectly getting populated.
This means that the records are getting saved in the database correctly but not in the Extraction queue. This is the causing the discrepancy. The V3 job in R/3 runs succesfully without any errors.
We need to analyze what is causing this discrepancy in the update to LBWQ.
Can someone please help us in knowing the cause of this problem. Which program or report updates the LBWQ and is there any known solution for this?
