auto mailer to customer

Hi all,

i have an requirement in CRM-ISA where i need to send an auto mail to the customer (who made order) after Invoice creation. This invoice is made in R/3. Can any one tell me how to get the status of the Order at Item level whether it has been Invoiced or NOT.

Hi Kishore,

On item document, there is R/3 transfer status containt status information of

Order Related Billing status. This status only appear if CRM document has

succesfully transferred to R/3.

One more thing, there is also possible to track it through CRM document flow.

It also contains link of next document like delivery, billing.
