Purpose of MI10 Transaction

Hi All,

what's the purpose of MI10 transaction? Can some body explain briefly I need to adjust batch inventory to zero how to do this using the transaction MI10?what's the purpose of doing this?

Hi Mahesh ,

Physical inventory process is to check actual inventory against book inventory and post it.

In physical inventory process , you first create the physical inventory document using MI01, then you enter the actual count using MI04 and then you post the document using MI07.

Using transaction MI10 all of this is done at one go. You can enter the material ,enter the actual count and post the document.
