Hello All,
We have a peculiar problem.
We have key figure values like 412839.34375, 944.84628528,
228045.75977707, 0.2864873 from non SAP sources.
I have created all key figures as FLTP (type is either Quantity or Amount).
But not getting all decimal places. Only 2 decimal places are available in reports.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mainak

Hi,
If you have created the FLTP type , you will get the decimal places.
Here you are getting the 2 places due to restriction in Bex Settings.
Check in 2 Places:
1: Info Onject Maintanance--> change the info object and go to Bex Tab, Check for the Decimal Places allowed there.
2: Change the Key Figure in Bex Exploreer and see the Decimal Places allowed in the Key Figure Properties.

Hello PK,
I just executed what Tony suggested.
Create the Key Figure of type amount/quantity etc.
Selected data type as FLTP.
Go to AdditionalProperties tab. Select number of decimal places.
Activate it.
We also had a different challenge. We were extracting data through UD Connect and system was giving abrupt data. We transferred data into a char type InfoObject and then in transformation mapped to another key figure. So, system automatically converted the Char value to amount and quantity. It is coming correctly.
Thanks,
Mainak
