I want to gain the knowledge on Master Data Management. Can any one provide me proper material to get the knowledge on Master Data Management Integration. And What is the relationship between XI and MDM.

SAP XI is used as middleware to exchange the data between SAP MDM and any other systems in the landscape like R/3, Siebel etc..

Hi Satish,

XI shall be used in SAP Standard scenario as a middleware to communicate betweeen SAP R/3 and MDM.SAP XI is backbone interface between MDM and anyother source system, its good that you have a goo knowledge about XI, that really helps in config the systems, apart from that there is lot more intresting topics inside MDM.
